We may automatically collect and store server logs, including IP address, device/browser type, error stacks, system events, and timestamps, solely for troubleshooting, performance analysis, abuse detection, and security purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you upload.
To provide and improve services, you grant us a global, non-exclusive, revocable, and sublicensable license to display, store, transcode, transmit, and back up such content within the service. We will not use your content for unrelated commercial purposes.
To ensure stability, functionality, and operational needs, we integrate third-party services/SDKs that may process limited data:

Our assurances:

Users may disable certain SDK data collection (e.g., ad tracking) through device or app settings where feasible.
To improve cross-language communication, we may integrate third-party translation services (e.g., Google Translate) in scenarios such as:
Message Translation: Real-time translation when you view or send messages in another language.
Content Translation: Translating user posts or visible content upon request.
Data Handling: Translation is for real-time purposes only; requests may be temporarily transmitted to third-party services, but we do not store original or translated texts. Third parties process data under their privacy policies and are prohibited from using it for unrelated purposes. Users may disable automatic translation at any time.

Location: For “Nearby Users” and location-based features. Users may revoke permissions anytime via device settings, though some features may be limited.
We may prompt verification during new device logins, restrict suspicious login attempts, and support multi-factor authentication. Please safeguard your credentials; you are responsible for account leakage or losses caused by personal mishandling.
In the event of a data breach or security incident, we will notify affected users within legally required timeframes via in-app announcements, email, or other appropriate channels, and take remedial measures.
We may display ads or recommendations based on user behavior. We do not sell personal information to advertisers, but may share anonymized/aggregated data with partners to measure ad effectiveness. You can disable personalized ads in device settings.
You may: disable notifications, opt out of ad tracking, decline automatic translation, or withdraw previously granted permissions/consents (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by law, dispute resolution, or contract enforcement. Account Deletion: You may request account deletion via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data (except where retention is legally required).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only under these circumstances:
With your explicit consent;
With trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements;

Prohibition of CSAE Content
Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to:
Possession, creation, or sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Soliciting, grooming, or attempting to engage minors in sexual activities.
Violators will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement authorities.
Prohibited User Conduct
Users must not:
Send, post, or display any materials that sexualize or exploit minors.
Attempt to contact, deceive, or harm minors in any way.
Darlingc maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward such behavior.
In-App Reporting and Feedback
Darlingc provides an in-app feedback and reporting system.
Users can easily report harmful or inappropriate behavior.
All reports are reviewed quickly by our moderation team, and we take immediate action when necessary.
Response and Cooperation with Authorities
Darlingc actively cooperates with law enforcement and child safety organizations when handling reports involving CSAE or CSAM.
